I've been binging on Korean drama since 2 months ago. Multiple dramas. I have to say it's such a waste of time and it does suck the life out of you!

I've always refused to start watching any. Fearing that I will be suck into it and couldn't stop. God knows how many nights I haven't been sleeping early and my eye bags are pretty much horrifying!

I used to be able to stay up nights to binge watch anything and the eye bags will go away after a few days of sleep. However, old age catches up and the bags are permanent now.

If anyone knows how to reduce eye bags or know about some miracle eye products, please let me know!!!!

In the mean time, since moving into our new place, I have been slowly designing and re-arranging some furnitures. It's almost done up now but couple of places needing more work for it.

Recently, I've made a splurged in Ikea for 9 Ribba square frames to put up on a wall I've nominated as feature wall. I am not sure which is the toughest part, to put it up on the wall or to select 9 amazing images for it.

Here is a photo that I've found from Pinterest. I couldn't find back the owner of the photo to tag them.

Will take a photo of the result of my wall soon!

I got hook on to The Princess Wei Young and I have to say I am not happy with the ending at all.

I guess the drama being adapted from a popular Chinese Novel, it has to follow the plot more or less, not entirely I believe but similar ending.

Thanks to Croton Youtuber for uploading all the series. You've been amazing!

SPOILER ALERT!

Yes, they were together. Finally after so much drama for the entire 54 episodes. However, they were not forever. What a sad ending it was. I guess I knew about it from reading spoilers in some sites so I was anticipating it. Also, the trailers show some sneak peak of what to anticipate. Through the days waiting for the finale, I have been mourning knowing about the ending. Oh yeah, it affects you like that. When finale was aired, I practically just fast forward the entire episode. Thinking, if it wasn't because of the incomplete series, I wouldn't have wasted my time following every episode religiously.

Honestly, I am not a fan of Chinese drama simply because they tend to be very lengthy. Anything more than 20 episodes gets on my nerves a lot. I tend to lose interest easily. I have to say, I did a lot of fast-forwarding whilst watching.

Plus, my mandarin ain't that good. Yes there were English subtitles, lol........

I have to say, I love seeing both Tiffany Tang Yan (Wei Young) & Luo Jin (Tuoba Jun) together. I'm obsessed with them together. I love their chemistry. I may not idolise them as individual artist but putting them together was brilliant! Their onscreen chemistry skyrocketed in Princess Wei Young. Plus, they were rumoured together during the time of producing the series and they've also just announced of their love in public recently! No wonder the chemistry in Princess Wei Young was so great!

Oh Vaness Wu (Tuoba Yu) was great in the drama too! His character is so cool being the bad guy. His character is slightly pitiful. He wasn't born being mean but situation force him into one. I love how he fell for Wei Young too. I wish there were more scene where he gets to show his tender side for Wei Young. I was pretty confused by the extend of his love for her,  lacking of expression. Being very mean and yet wanting her. But the ending of him getting kill for her was amazing, which explain how much he loves her and how he wasn't that evil after all.

One of my favourite scene is when Tuoba Jun went visiting the Li's family household and found Wei Young in the garden tending her most favourite flowers. Li Min De (Wei Young's adopted brother) was there too.

Is it just me or does the number of friends decrease as our age increased? Does it work that way?

The circle of my friends had dwindled down to countable fingers!

I used to dislike the thought of hanging out with families during the weekends but finding myself enjoying it more as I hit late 30s.

I once have plentiful of friends, both social friends and good friends. My social friends dramatically decrease every year when I begin to start focusing on more important things in my life. Friends come and go. I couldn't keep up. I find it hard to maintain the friendships.

I find myself lacking the motivation to get in touch or try to get out of the house for some catching up session with friends.

I believe it's only worth the while to nurture friendship that has the same value in life or in the same wavelength with me. Friends who have been there for me through certain period of my life, supporting, enjoying life and caring about each other, has simply become acquaintances or Facebook friends. Facebook friends where we stalked each other's life events to keep updated. Liking and commenting on each other's posts has become the notion of keeping in touch.

Now, I find hanging out with friends weekly tend to be a chore too! I'm enjoying too much of having my own space, doing my own things or learning things online, being on my own, lacking the need to get out of my house and loving the peaceful time at home with my two furry kids & hubby. Just the thought of hanging out with friends (countable fingers) is.... overwhelming.

I begin to find myself needing more space.

Do you think I'm getting worriedly depressing?

It's funny how scarily true it is for saying surfaces are not for storage.

I found the sentence from this picture here.

I read an article recently that there is a difference between an organised person and a disorganised person. While many of us always assumed that the disorganised person is being far more lazier than the organised person, however the article differentiate it as follows:

  • Organised person - put things away
  • Disorganised person - sets things down

That gave me a 'bulb-light' moment!

In all my life, I have been setting things down wherever I see available surfaces. But I have to say, I will only use selective surfaces, so you'll see some clutters in some specific corners of each room!

While I am the setting things down person, my husband is the putting things away person! We used to drive each other insane with our differences. But now, we've come into terms on each other differences by cutting each other some slacks. He will accept a moderation of me setting things down on certain places and I will accept a moderation request from him to put things away. LOL!

So, are you the putting things away or setting things down type of person?

I dream about a simple white work space. Minimalism theme.

I've recently moved in to my dream house. There is a whole story about it which I will post up much later. Maybe not. I might. We'll see.

So, back to my new place. I am slowly designing the place. I have no experience in interior designing or whatsoever, so I basically am depending on Pinterest, Instagram and all sort of social media to guide me through it. If I failed, at least I have something to blame it on.

I have my existing furnitures and stuff, thus wanting to find a way to create a more cohesive theme throughout the rooms. Keeping in mind that I wish to maintain the minimalism design.

Keeping it minimal is simply a struggle. I tend to have many devices & tools for my work. Plus the amount of paperwork.

Here is something that gets me inspired. What about you?
